Reflecting on the mistakes the artist and select friends made. Koom reflected on his his own experience as a failing college freshman, then on his close friend's crystal meth use, and finally another friend's experience with marriage and being a husband/father. Brad tinkered with a guitar melody, and one of his takes sounded just right for the feeling of this song. A real, conscious look at the lives of a few young men, living life w/o knowing the ramifications of their short-term decisions.
